On April 21, 2018, Build Your Future project carried out an event dedicated to justice at Baku Engineering University (BMU).
Professor Havar Mammadov, Rector of BMU, opened the event and welcomed project participants and guest speakers. The first guest speaker to address the participants was a member of the National Assembly of Azerbaijan Aydin Mirzazade.
The event continued with a presentation of the BMU delivered by the alumna of the project Ruqiyya Badirova. Ruqiyya entered BMU in September 2017 with a score of 668 out of 700 and is currently a 1st year student of Information Technologies.
Other speakers of the event included DJ Tural, a host of a popular radio show for driver’s, Khaqani Safarov, an HR specialist at Gilan Holding, Akber Najaf, a historian and researcher, and Shamkhal (last name), a lecturer at BMU.
The event also included a university tour, discussion and a question-and-answer session.
