On December 23, 2017, the next event dedicated to the values of the Build Your Future Project was organized for the regional participants of the project who come from four regions of Azerbaijan: Agdash, Kurdemir, Ujar, and Yevlakh.
The event took place in the city of Mingachevir and was dedicated to science and justice. Two speakers were taken to Mingechevir to deliver presentations for the project beneficiaries: Joshgun Karimov, a trainer and a young writer, author of three books (“Kvan,” “Ubuntu,” and “Alamo 13”) and Khaqani Safarov, HR Specialist at Gilan Holding. Both speakers delivered presentations about science and justice and conducted interactive activities on the topics.
Established in 2014, the Build Your Future Project is currently carried out both in and outside of Baku. Work in four regions of Azerbaijan (Agdash, Kurdemir, Ujar, and Yevlakh) was possible thanks to support of BP and co-venturers. Apart from expanding its geography to four new regions, the project added a new component to its activities – work with young people with disabilities.
