On March 9, 2020, a workshop entitled “If You Think, then Speak” was held for the alumni of the Project, presented by a career psychologist and trainer Orkhan Mahmudov.
The workshop was designed for all alumni who wanted to develop their communication skills, improve their ability to express themselves better and speak confidently in public. Orkhan Mahmudov used active discussion to identify existing communication problems of the alumni and offer them recommendations and practical tips. He also talked about the art and secrets of oratory.
This workshop and other developmental activities for the alumni of the “Build Your Future!” Youth Support Project are carried out within the “Alumni Engagement Strategy.”
